Only 1,300 other people are worldwide!  Bill was recruited and factory trained by Allen Testproducts to teach mechanics how to use the latest diagnostic equipment.  Bill earned a degree in Automotive repair, Cum Laude, by examination in 1993.  He earned a degree in business and communication and computer information systems the same way.  Bill routinely gets calls from other professional mechanics for advice on problem cars and often ends up with the car.
